Through this partnership, ielo enables French and European operators to access MIX without requiring a local presence. MIX, notably established on the Via Caldera campus in Milan, is Italy\u2019s leading interconnection hub. <\/p>\n\n
This interconnection promotes more direct routes between France and Italy by relying on a local exchange point rather than Northern European hubs. It therefore reduces the number of intermediaries between networks and improves control over traffic routing paths. <\/p>\n\n
For MIX, the arrival of French operators broadens the diversity of networks connected to the platform and contributes to more direct local traffic exchanges.<\/p>\n\n
ielo\u2019s point of presence in Milan relies on activated capacity links between Lyon, Nice and Milan. These connections provide capacity to Milan and ensure interconnection with the networks present on MIX. <\/p>\n\n
