A director office, a general
secretariat and a technical office compose
MIX staff.
The
Technical Director manages all MIX activities and reports to the President of the Board of Directors
. He/she carries out development of MIX internal office
services and organisational procedures and has the responsibility for human
resources and any other organisational operations.
The Technical Director
convenes the Technical Committee and submits its decisions to the Board of
Directors. He/she may be present at the Board meeting upon invitation from the
Board.
The general secretariat operates on MIX administrative procedures, takes care
of contracts and of maintenance of administrative and technical
documents. It is the first external interface for customers and It’s responsible for
all logistic aspects of the organization.
The
technical and operational office is responsible for maintaining and
improving the data centre room of MIX, for configuring MIX routers and
servers, for monitoring LAN and managing all troubleshooting
procedures. It’s the contact point
for any technical information about MIX.
